The best news ever was that we just received a Grant from our Lions Clubs International Foundation in the amount of $95,275 for diabetes awareness and lifestyle intervention at Elmhurst Hospital. Combined with the funds raised from our club the total amount donated to the Diabetes Center was $100,000. This multi year program will help a tremendous amount of people within our community. The photo shows our Elmhurst Lions President Jeri DiPasquale presenting members of the Elmhurst Hospital foundation with both

    checks .
