Please join our club for another great evening of food, fun and recognition. Our 77th annual Installation Dinner will be held at River Forest Country Club on Thursday June 29th. Cocktails will begin at 6:00 pm and dinner will start at 7:00 pm. It's going to be a very special evening, that will include a few surprises. We look forward to seeing all of you there! The dinner is included in member dues. Guests are $50. Please sign up by June 23rd so we can get a proper head count.

Salad: Spring Salad – Boston Bibb lettuce, sliced strawberries, pears, Brie cheese, candied walnuts, poppyseed dressing
Choice of Entrees:
1 - Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus sliced and served with baked potato with sour cream, vegetable medley, and creamy horseradish sauce
2 - Chicken Wellington, boneless breasts of Chicken Wellington wrapped in puff pastry with roasted tri-color potatoes, French bean bundle, Mushroom Duxelle and Champagne sauce
3 - Dijon Crusted Walleye served with roasted red pepper coulis, buttermilk whipped potatoes, asparagus, red peppers, and lemon wedge
Dessert: Profiteroles – two cream puffs filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with house-made chocolate sauce dusted with powdered sugar
